Breakdown Callouts

If you are having difficulty with a chamber then feel free to contact us. We will try and diagnose the problem over the phone, and if the customer is happy to carry out some basic checks our engineers can offer suggestions on possible causes and assist with telephone support to try and resolve the problem as quickly as possible. If we have an engineer out on call in your area we can arrange for them to meet you for a consultation.

Once a diagnosis has been reached we can give you a quotation based on the potential problem. This quote will include the price of parts and the number of visits required (usually 1).

Once an engineer has arrived on site and diagnosed the problem he will update the customer with regards to costs. If a major part has failed, which is not carried as a spare, the engineer will provide a costing and leadtime for parts and a further visit.

Any new parts provided will be covered by a warranty.
